PHI-04 — HEALTH & USAGE MONITORING

PHI-Sense: 1,027 sensors, one continuous picture of aircraft health.

A CNN-BiLSTM-Attention sensor fusion array built for Health and Usage Monitoring Systems (HUMS) — the nervous system layer underneath every other PHI Suite product.

Most HUMS implementations bolt sensors onto an airframe and hope correlation reveals itself in post-processing. PHI-Sense is architected the other way around: a 1,027-sensor array processed through a CNN-BiLSTM-Attention pipeline built to fuse multi-channel structural, vibration, and thermal data into one coherent health signal, with 47ms inference and 98.5% accuracy in validation.

PHI-Sense is the sensor and fusion layer integrated into our STRATOS-14E conceptual aircraft design — and the same underlying architecture that feeds live telemetry into PHI-Twin's landing gear prognostics. It's built to be the shared nervous system other PHI Suite products plug into, not a one-off instrument.

Full sensor placement schema and fusion model architecture are reserved for OEM and institutional partners under NDA — this page covers what the system does, not how it's built.

WE NEED YOU

We built PHI-Sense to the edge of what a small lab can validate alone. If you're an OEM, MRO authority, or research body who can push it further — we want to hear from you.

Independent validation against real flight telemetry, or certification pathway guidance, would move PHI-Sense from lab-proven to field-proven faster than we can do it solo.
